Delivery Area

Currently, Sri Swastik Ghee provides delivery services within selected areas of Delhi and nearby locations. Orders will be accepted only for serviceable delivery locations available on our website.

Mode of Delivery

All orders are delivered directly by our authorized delivery agents to ensure freshness and proper handling of dairy products. We do not use regular courier services for perishable items unless specifically mentioned.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within the prescribed delivery time selected at the time of placing the order.
Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weather conditions, traffic, or other unavoidable circumstances.

In most cases, orders are delivered within the same day or next day, depending on the delivery slot chosen by the customer.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful confirmation of payment or order approval. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may be delivered on the next available delivery slot.

Delivery Attempt

Our delivery agent will attempt delivery at the address provided during checkout.
If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the order may be rescheduled or cancelled depending on product nature and delivery feasibility.

For perishable products like milk, ghee, and dairy items, re-delivery may not always be possible.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at the time of checkout.
Sri Swastik Ghee reserves the right to change delivery charges without prior notice.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, you must inform us immediately at the time of delivery or within a reasonable time after delivery.

We may request photo proof before approving replacement or refund.

Delay in Delivery

While we try our best to deliver within the promised time, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control. Sri Swastik Ghee shall not be held responsible for delay caused by natural events, traffic conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen situations.
